{"id":12521,"date":"2022-10-28T12:19:44","date_gmt":"2022-10-28T11:19:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.talent.upc.edu\/blog\/?p=12521"},"modified":"2022-10-28T12:44:30","modified_gmt":"2022-10-28T11:44:30","slug":"alumnes-del-master-en-fabricacio-additiva-resolen-un-repte-dimpressio-3d-per-a-lempresa-iul","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/upcschool.upc.edu\/blog\/alumnes-del-master-en-fabricacio-additiva-resolen-un-repte-dimpressio-3d-per-a-lempresa-iul\/?lang=ca","title":{"rendered":"Alumnes del m\u00e0ster en Fabricaci\u00f3 Additiva resolen un repte d&#8217;impressi\u00f3 3D per a l\u2019empresa IUL"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>L\u2019empresa <a href=\"https:\/\/iul-instruments.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">IUL Instruments<\/a>, dedicada a oferir solucions d&#8217;automatitzaci\u00f3 per a laboratoris de microbiologia, va proposar als alumnes del m\u00e0ster en Fabricaci\u00f3 Additiva un nou repte: <strong>desenvolupar un prototip de dispensador per a plaques de Petri<\/strong> <strong>en impressi\u00f3 3D<\/strong> que millori les prestacions del model Petri Labeler que actualment est\u00e0 comercialitzant la companyia per al seu \u00fas en laboratoris. <!--more--><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/upcschool.upc.edu\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/prototip1.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-12522 size-thumbnail\" src=\"https:\/\/upcschool.upc.edu\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/prototip1-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/a>Els estudiants es van repartir en tres grups de treball i un cop desenvolupats els prototips van presentar les solucions dissenyades davant d\u2019un tribunal, format tant per docents del programa com per membres de l\u2019empresa. Aquest tribunal estava integrat per Clara Remacha, de l\u2019equip d&#8217;Incubaci\u00f3 de Noves Aplicacions i Nous Negocis d\u2019Impressi\u00f3 3D a HP; Jordi Gim\u00e9nez, Application Technical Consultant sobre 3D Printing a HP; Marc Nicolau, cofundador de Kin; V\u00edctor Font, cofundador de IUL, i Vicen\u00e7 Font, CEO de IUL.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/upcschool.upc.edu\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/Prototip2.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-12523 size-thumbnail\" src=\"https:\/\/upcschool.upc.edu\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/Prototip2-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/a>IUL obre aquest tipus de col\u00b7laboracions universitat-empresa per seguir innovant en solucions que proporcionen un control microbiol\u00f2gic m\u00e9s c\u00f2mode, segur i fiable per a la ind\u00fastria.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019empresa va valorar molt satisfact\u00f2riament els prototips dissenyats. Aquests <strong>dispensadors<\/strong> estan <strong>basats en el model Petri Labeler<\/strong>, Preprinted Barcode Labels Adhesive, que l\u2019empresa va llan\u00e7ar l\u2019any 2016. Les solucions proposades pels alumnes han buscat innovar en l\u2019etiquetatge autom\u00e0tic dels codis de barres a les parets de les plaques de Petri i en el funcionament del dispensador, tan simple com alimentar una pila de plaques de Petri en un extrem, pr\u00e9mer el bot\u00f3 d&#8217;inici i recollir plaques etiquetades a l&#8217;altre extrem.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/upcschool.upc.edu\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/Protoip3-scaled-e1666956087341.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-12524 size-thumbnail\" src=\"https:\/\/upcschool.upc.edu\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/Protoip3-scaled-e1666956087341-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/a>La fabricaci\u00f3 additiva t\u00e9 el potencial de transformar per complet el model productiu en els pr\u00f2xims anys. El<a href=\"https:\/\/upcschool.upc.edu\/cat\/estudis\/formacio\/curs\/208500\/master-fabricacio-additiva\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> <strong>m\u00e0ster en Fabricaci\u00f3 Additiva<\/strong> <\/a>de la UPC busca formar professionals altament qualificats en aquestes <strong>tecnologies d&#8217;impressi\u00f3 3D<\/strong> perqu\u00e8 adquireixin el rigor metodol\u00f2gic i les habilitats necess\u00e0ries que faran redefinir el paradigma de producci\u00f3 actual i sacsejar el mercat amb productes i models de negoci innovadors.
