Why this programme?
In a fully digitalized world, digital security is no longer an exclusive domain for experts and hackers: it is a vital necessity for the entire population, both on a personal and corporate level.

Furthermore, the widespread emergence of generative artificial intelligence has completely changed the rules of the game, becoming a double-edged sword: it is an extremely powerful tool for optimizing tasks, but it also enables cybercriminals to make their attacks more sophisticated and increases the risk of us sharing, often without realizing it, private, confidential, or professional information in digital environments that are not always secure.

In just 5 hours of asynchronous online training, this course in Cybersecurity for Your Daily Life offers a practical, direct approach—with no prior technical knowledge required—to help you learn how to protect your digital assets and use technology safely. Through key concepts, interactive exercises, and tips you can apply from minute one, you will understand how current threats work and how to coexist with AI safely.

An excellent opportunity to build a solid foundation in cybersecurity, where you will learn how to shield your information, detect scams before it's too late, and navigate the web with total confidence and safety.
Aims
  • Protect your digital privacy: Understand the real value of your data on the Internet, learn how to create secure passwords without having to remember them all by using password managers, and enable multi-factor authentication (MFA) on your mobile phone and other home devices.
  • Avoid online scams and traps: Learn to be wary of strange messages, know how to detect fraudulent emails or SMS messages (phishing), and see how scammers use the information you post on your social media profiles to try to deceive you.
  • Use Artificial Intelligence safely: Understand how AI works today to avoid accidentally sharing confidential or work-related information.
Who is it for?
  • Anyone without prior technical training who wants to acquire a solid foundation in cybersecurity awareness based on reflection, verification, and the responsible use of new technologies.
