The meeting point between young talent and the future of railways!

The Railway Talent Conference – Railway Talent Meet 2026 is an initiative promoted by the UPC Campus in Vilanova i la Geltrú, with the support of the City Council, Institut Lluch i Rafecas and the Railway Museum of Catalonia.

These conference days aim to become an annual meeting space between companies in the railway sector and young vocational and university students, with the objective of promoting railway engineering and technology, fostering vocations and attracting talent to the sector.

Within the framework of the Vilanova i la Geltrú Railway Hub, the event promotes the creation of a driving community in railway mobility and brings students closer to the sector’s professional needs and opportunities.

The programme includes the participation of companies and professionals from the sector, as well as networking spaces with students.

12 March: day aimed at Vocational Training and Secondary School students.
13 March: day aimed at university students.
